The bathroom shelves were dusty.Hard to find location of hotel. The bathroom shower had mold in it, the toilet was very dirty with hair on the seat and the bathroom sink had mold around the drain. Closer Restaurants would be nice (walking distance). Kitchenette might be a little small if I stayed for hols n only has two of each crockery! So u would have to wash up all the time!!! N swimming pool didn't look very clear but hey! It's still winter !!!!. it would have been nice to have dinner service available onsite. Not so easy to find, it's better to call them and let them navigate you for the first time- A bit further from the beach, not in walking distance. The hotel owner was friendlyNice view of Le Morne mountain from the roof terrace. Patrick is the most kind manager.very welcoming and helpful.Very clean rooms and ideal for self-catering.we ll definitely go back again and again. their attention to the guests and their comfort are unsurpassed by any I have ever come in contact with before. Patrick and his wife make this B&B a spectacular place. If having chance, We willcome back again and also recommend it to our friends. Mr.Patrick, has always been so kind to help us organize the trips andmanaged to make our stay memorable. The stay at west coast hotel was really nice and comfortable. I also liked the idea of having wifi and internet access all over and not only in the pubic places.It was a great bussiness stay.A big thank you Patrick and to your staff. the friendly attitude of the staff,i felt like i was with family.The apartment was neat, the area was peaceful. We stayed 11 nights ( April 2013) and we were really happy with our choice, couldn't find better, the location is very good, the stuff is great, I can say we had one of the best holidays ever and this is also thanks to Mr. Patrick is one of a kind man, helpful, cheerful, he is the soul of this hotel. Very friendly, polite and caring staff- The appartment for four persons was perfect, the best size giving everyone enough space to eat, sit or relax, but still stay close to others- Laundry facilities available- We were offered breakfast before the regular time when we needed to leave earlier for flight departure- Shopping centre with food court 5 minutes drive, if you want to buy your own supplies- Nice pool.

Land and Sea Excursions can be advised at the reception and car rentals are also available. Bicycles are offered and a complimentary shuttle service is available to move around in the village of Flic en Flac, to go to the beach and to the Cascavelle Shopping Mall.
